We're recruiting on behalf of a leading facades and cladding specialist for an organised, quality-focused Assistant Site Manager. Working alongside the Site Manager and project team, you'll help keep projects running safely and on programme, with a strong focus on quality control and assurance across facade and cladding installations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the site
- Carry out quality inspections of facade and cladding works, and record, track and close out snags and non-conformances
- Maintain QC/QA records and documentation using digital platforms
- Monitor workmanship against specification, drawings and programme
- Help coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and site activities
- Promote and uphold health and safety standards on site
- Contribute to progress reporting and site records
- Proven Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience
- Experience with QC/QA software such as Field View, Asite, Procore or similar
- Competent IT user, comfortable with digital tools and reporting
- Valid CSCS card
- Valid First Aid certificate
- SMSTS
- Main contracting or wider industry experience within facades and cladding
