• Complete on-target earnings of £45,000 per year

• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors
• Generating new and repeat business
• Gaining instructions for properties to market
• Marketing properties to buyers using various skills
• Completing property contracts
• Upselling additional products
• Preparing brochures with photos and descriptions
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Experience as an Estate Agent ready for the next career step
• Team spirit and enjoyable working environment
• Supporting and leading the team
• Outstanding customer service
• Ability to work independently
• Good telephone manner
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft packages)
• Attention to detail

Interviews are conducted via video software. To proceed, you need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal right to work in the UK (evidence such as Passport/Birth Certificate)
