Are you ready to assist clients, arranging property viewings, negotiating deals, and successfully closing sales or rental transaction?

• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Keeping up to date with the current market rate
• Building relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
• Following up with leads and generating listings
• Finding and contacting potential client's
• Calling out for your property listings
• Taking professional photos of your listings
• Working towards Sales and commission targets
• Negotiating prices and offers
• Prepare and manage contracts and paperwork for property sales and rentals deals

• Experience with in a sales industry but is not mandatory
• Fluent in English with good communication skills
• Positive and hardworking attitude
• Presentable, professional and open
• Good negotiation and organisational skills
• UK/UAE drivers licence ( you will be required to rent a car, which we will arrange for you at your own expense)
• Reliable, punctual and committed
• Resilient and able to handle challenges and rejection
• Time management
