BT Group is hiring a User Researcher to join BT Consumer's User Research team. You will plan and deliver end-to-end research across digital products and customer journeys, collaborating with Product, Design and Engineering to shape experiences for millions of customers across BT, EE, and Plusnet.
The role requires conducting interviews, usability testing, surveys, card sorting, journey mapping and prototype testing, and translating findings into clear recommendations.
