Brewhouse & Kitchen in Cardiff is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our brewing pub team. You will lead shifts, support recruitment, training and coaching, and drive health and safety standards across the Brewpub.
The role is a 40-hour, full-time contract with opportunities to progress toward General Manager. We value great food and craft beer, offer a competitive salary with tron, bonus potential up to £4,000 annually, and benefits including team meals and staff discounts.
