ASK Italian in the United Kingdom is hiring an Assistant Head Chef / Sous Chef to drive kitchen excellence, mentor staff and deliver authentic Italian dishes with consistency.
You will lead shifts, train the team, ensure food quality and portion control, manage costs and waste, and uphold our hospitality standards for a great guest experience.
Pay is up to £15.75 per hour including benefits, with extensive training, staff meals, generous discounts, pension contributions and holiday entitlement.
