We are looking for akeen coffee enthusiast to makespecialtyhot drinks,alongside providing excellent customer service on the tills.

You will be working with a fantastic team andsupportingtheday-to-day running of the unit.

You will be leading your team to success and ensuring the overall smoothday to day running of the unit.

• Prepare specialty barista beverages to spec (latte art skills welcome!)
• Preparing the number of sandwiches paninis and baguettes,
• cooking a small breakfast service then I was sixth forms
• Deliver excellent customer service andmaintainhigh standards
• Support the FOH Manager with product innovation and promotional planning
• Maintainaccuraterecords and complete temperature checks
• Handle customer feedback and communicate with the cateringManaher
• Manage stock levels, rotation, and monthly stock counts
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards
• Complete and sign off all required paperwork before shift end

• Food hygiene certificate – Level 2 desirable. However, relevant training will be provided.
• Nopreviousexperiencerequired, but 1-2 years’ experience in a food services or retail environment desirable
