Hourly rate £12.71 + £1.90–£2 per hour in Tronc (on average).

We proudly source our beef from pasture-raised cattle across Wales and the South West, working closely with local farmers and producers to bring the best of the region to the table. Our beautiful terrace in the city centre adds a unique alfresco edge — perfect for cocktails, people-watching, and those long summer nights.

We’re on the hunt for a reliable, energetic bar back to support our talented bartenders and keep the good times flowing. If you're hardworking, organised, and thrive behind the scenes, this is the role for you!

• Supporting bartenders with prep work: slicing garnishes, preparing mixers, and stocking the bar
• Keeping glassware clean and ready with efficient glass washing
• Restocking fridges, spirits, and supplies throughout service
• Assisting with bar close-downs and ensuring everything is spotless and ready for the next day
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar environment

• A team player who works quickly and efficiently under pressure
• High standards for cleanliness and organisation
• A strong work ethic and can-do attitude – no task too big or small
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Great communication skills and a passion for supporting others

• The hourly rate shown includes a competitive share of Tronc: 100% of Tronc is distributed to the staff.
