Breakfast Commis Chef

Were looking for a passionate and driven Commis chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering exceptional food every time. If you love teamwork creativity and maintaining high culinary standards this role is for you.

What youll be doing:

• Running your section with confidence efficiency and consistency

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to recipe and brand standards

• Supporting smooth service with strong organisation and a sense of urgency

• Monitoring stock minimising waste and maintaining cost awareness

• Working collaboratively across kitchen sections to deliver outstanding guest experiences

• Maintaining impeccable food safety hygiene and kitchen standards

A team player with a genuine passion for food attention to detail and the drive to help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen environment

Experience with in an hotel environment is an advantage

As with the hospitality industry you will be available to work various rostered shifts

Understanding of safety and manual handling requirements

Remain calm and effective in high volume work situations

Be a good team player; contribute to and assist co-workers without being asked

Flexibility to work a rotating rota on mornings and be able to start as early at 4:30 am
