The Lounge team is growing. We’re looking for Store Assistants to work as part of the team in our first store in St Davids Dewi Sant, Cardiff. We’re after someone who is passionate about customer service and wants to help bring Lounge to life. Customer experience is paramount to us as a brand and we are looking for Store Assistants who have a true passion for exceptional customer experience and a love of Lounge.

In-store you will be responsible for helping to look after every customer that walks through the doors—ensuring you are an expert in all Lounge products and can provide an experience unlike any other, ensure customer fittings are done to the highest level and ensuring our store looks and feels like Lounge’s home. Our community will always be the most important thing to us and we want to ensure they are given the best experience possible.

Within this role, bring your own skills, ideas, and experience whilst working with the rest of our retail team to maintain a collaborative, enthusiastic & dedicated culture to the store, ensuring that customer service remains the most important aspect.

• Work closely with Supervisors and Head of Store to look after each and every customer and provide guidance and support through the customer journey.
• Support all customers through the fitting process ensuring you are an expert in all Lounge’s products and can give accurate information.
• Be a champion for all of Lounge’s Brand Values.
• Maintain a clean, organised stock room ensuring all products are laid out in store to maintain a high standard of store.
• Accurately handle all transactions and returns process.
• Assist each customer through their journey in-store whilst providing expert insight into our products.

• Have a true Love for Lingerie and Fashion.
• Are a Lounge lover and share in our company values.
• Have some experience in customer-facing roles.
• Are an effective problem solver.
• Are an exceptional communicator.

• You must be legally authorised to work in the UK.
• You must be over the age of 18 years old.
• You must be able to prove the Right to Work and any related evidence.
• You must also be able to travel to the store in which you work.

You must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, holidays, and non-business hours.
