Telephone Research Assistant - German Speaker

Strategic Research & Insight are looking for German Speakers to conduct outbound research calls for a client from the public sector. You will need to read confidently from a questionnaire on screen and record accurate responses in Snap Survey software and Microsoft Access databases. The current project deadline mid March, but there may be scope for future work on projects moving forward.

This role is based within Cardiff and is to start as soon as possible.

• German speaking is vital for this role
• Excellent telephone manner
• A confident user of IT
• The ability to speak confidently to unknown respondents on a business to business and/ or business to consumer basis.
• Happy to make cold calls/ can take a refusal with a smile.
• The ability to be flexible with hours.
• Reliable person with a can do attitude
• The ability to be flexible and adapt to changes according to business needs, this is important as we often have several projects running simultaneously and research assistants may be briefed to more than one.
• Motivation, focus, consistency and time management skills.
