• Serve as a role model of amazing customer service for other team members.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize sales through product expertise.
• Coaching new team members, helping them settle in, develop product knowledge and grow retail skills.

Your Background

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Strong sales ability and confidence.
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
• Ambitious and motivated to grow into a management role.
