Sales Associate – Timberland, Cardiff

Join our team as a Sales Associate (permanent, part-time 5hrs) where you will inspire customers, deliver excellent service, and maintain the highest standards on our shop floor.

• Provide the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of in‑store products.
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s market position.
• Follow all operational procedures in the store and the stock room.

• Passionate about interacting with customers and building a memorable retail experience.
• Sets a great example for the team with a hands‑on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
