As a Sales Assistant, you are the vibe of our store. You don’t just sell products; you represent them. You know what’s trending, what’s next, and how to make every customer feel seen. We’re looking for people with real energy, big personality, and a love for showing up and showing out for our guests. Your mission is to create a next‑level shopping experience by being helpful, bold, and always going the extra mile.

• Style the full fit: ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks—kicks, layers, accessories, care kits.
• Know the product, know the culture: learn every silhouette, the technology behind performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care.
• Host the hype: own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations; lead the energy when it’s happening.
• Chase the win: drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins – progress more than perfection.
• Keep it premium: ensure visuals are on point, stock is locked in, and the store always looks fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.

• Outgoing, confident, and approachable; love starting conversations and building connections.
• Obsessed with sneakers and streetwear and curious to learn more.
• Flexible for evenings and weekends and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
