You can start natural, friendly conversations, adapt to different types of customers, and resolve issues with a smile. You prefer working as part of a team while improving your individual skills on the sales floor.

Your success in this role will be measured through personal and productivity goals, as well as your ability to provide a great in‑store experience to every customer.

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without requiring supervision
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co‑workers to provide excellent sales service
• Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
• Maintain personal and productivity goals
• Connect with every customer by asking open‑ended questions to assess needs
• Learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer needs
• Maintain awareness of all product knowledge, including current and upcoming products and trends
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

• Pay range: £10.00 - £14.12 per hour
• 28 days holiday, plus an extra day per year for the first 5 years
