Retail Sales Merchandiser

Role Title

Retail Sales Merchandiser – Cardiff Leckwith / Cardiff Excelsior – 3.5 hours per week.

Due to the nature of the role, you must have access to your own vehicle and hold a full driving licence.

3.5 hours on Fridays.

You will be based in Cardiff Leckwith/Cardiff Excelsior but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. Availability to start as soon as possible is preferred.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader who will provide coaching and ongoing support. Being tech‑savvy is desirable as many apps are used to streamline work.

You will need to be customer‑focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

• Merchandise product to visual merchandising guidelines
• Set out deliveries of new stock
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Set up promotional activities
• Work with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales improvement opportunities

Note:

The Christmas period is our busiest time and we cannot authorize leave in December. Please keep this in mind when applying.

• Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting is required; fashion brand experience is a plus.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with Android 8.1 or later, or Apple iOS 13.4 or later.
