Oxfam Shops in the UK are seeking a Deputy Shop Manager to lead a friendly, inclusive team and drive day-to-day retail operations with energy and integrity.
You will work closely with the Shop Manager, delivering excellent customer service, merchandising, and community engagement while maintaining budgets and reporting. This fixed-term role (6 months) includes occasional Sunday work and a supportive, values-driven environment.
