IR Energy is a leading renewable energy installer specialising in solar panels, battery storage, EV chargers and heat pump systems. We help homeowners and businesses nationwide reduce energy costs and move towards a more sustainable future.

We are a trusted partner of Octopus Energy, working to the highest industry standards and delivering quality installations across the UK. Our head office is based in Merthyr Tydfil.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on a mix of pre-qualified sales calls and self-generated leads
. You’ll be speaking with customers who have already shown interest, as well as proactively generating your own opportunities, helping customers find the right solution.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with proven sales experience who is looking to progress within a fast-growing renewables energy business.

• Handling pre-qualified inbound and outbound sales calls
• Converting warm leads into completed sales
• Building strong relationships with customers and lead partners
• Following up leads and maintaining accurate customer records
• Working closely with marketing, customer support and installation teams
• Reporting on performance and sales activity

• Confident and professional phone manner
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Experience using CRM systems (We are currently using )
• Willing to travel to appointments and meet customers face-to-face where required

• Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £38,000 (Depending on experience)
