Salary: £25,000 + Bonus (OTE £35,000+)

• Identify and research potential new clients and business opportunities
• Qualify leads and build relationships with prospects to support long‑term growth
• Make outbound calls, emails, and Linked In outreach
• Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely communication with prospects
• Work towards individual and team targets while developing sales skills
• In time, generate and manage your own portfolio of clients

Although you don’t need to have previous sales experience, you will need the right attitude and mindset to succeed. We’re looking for someone who is motivated by results, comfortable handling objections, and resilient enough to bounce back after rejection. Confidence speaking with new people and a genuine eagerness to learn are essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
