Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive position. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions. The role involves managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Executive will also maintain accurate sales records and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, client prospecting, and closing strategies.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of business procurement processes.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data management for tracking sales and client interactions.
  • Familiarity with indirect product categories or previous experience in business supply solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and strong organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to client needs and an understanding of market trends.
