About the role

As a Client Account Manager (Onboarding), you’ll own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new Macro Active clients while building strong, ongoing relationships that support long‑term growth.

Your focus will be getting clients live quickly and confidently — and, once launched, working with them while you hand them over to a Client Success Manager to take over.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own the end‑to‑end onboarding process for new fitness and nutrition app launches
  • Work closely with clients and internal partner teams to gather and input exercise, workout, nutrition, and product data required to launch their platform
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients via email, phone, and messaging to ensure momentum and engagement throughout onboarding
  • Deliver high‑quality client communication that drives action, sets clear expectations, and holds both yourself and clients accountable to next steps
  • Test trainer consoles and complete setup checklists to ensure a high‑quality experience prior to go‑live
  • Train new clients on how to confidently use the Macro Active console and key features.
  • Identify and confidently recommend relevant features, upgrades, or add‑ons that align with the client’s goals and growth plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise value from the Macro Active platform.
