As our End User Business Development Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by
  • Build a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities from the Fortune 2000.
  • Field based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting customers.
  • Manage & develop assigned named end user accounts within your region.
  • Ability to close opportunities in order to achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute the Account Strategy for all end user accounts, including account plans.
  • Introduce the latest products and solutions to all opportunities.
  • Support and deliver training to consultants and specifiers in region where required.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to determine the customer's needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings.
  • Collaborate across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain end user & consultant details, activities and opportunities using CRM.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all HID Products and competitive products.
  • Prepare and submit accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.

Your Experience and Education include
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience direct sales and/or managing key accounts.
  • Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets.
  • Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage.
  • Experience in a solution selling environment specifically SaaS and/or cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work as a self‑starter, but also to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Hands‑on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritising.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.
