Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (English/French) with experience in outbound B2B sales. This role is ideal for a driven, results‑oriented professional who excels at lead generation, prospecting, and building early‑stage relationships with decision‑makers. You will play a critical role in generating qualified opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline across both English- and French‑speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach
  • Identify and qualify B2B leads, focusing on decision‑makers and key stakeholders
  • Engage prospects in both English and French, tailoring messaging to different markets
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline generation
  • Research target accounts and industries to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates
Qualifications
  • 3–4+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role
  • Proven B2B sales experience (strongly preferred)
  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated success in cold outreach, lead generation, and pipeline building
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar tools
  • Strong communication, objection‑handling, and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset
  • Experience selling into international markets is a plus
