You Can Clinic is a rapidly growing aesthetics training and pharmacy business delivering high-quality medical aesthetic education, products and clinical support to healthcare professionals across the UK. We are now seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Commercial Director to lead the next phase of growth across our education and pharmacy divisions.
This is a senior leadership role for a commercially astute individual with a proven track record of scaling revenue, developing high-performing sales teams and expanding market reach.
The RoleThe Commercial Director will take overall responsibility for top‑line revenue growth and margin expansion across the business. The successful candidate will lead commercial strategy, sales performance, customer acquisition and geographical expansion of both our residential aesthetic training courses and pharmacy operations.
You will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimise sales processes and develop scalable marketing and commercial systems.
This role requires a highly motivated, data‑driven commercial leader who understands both modern digital marketing and relationship‑led sales.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Growth & Strategy- Develop and execute the company’s commercial growth strategy
- Drive revenue growth across:
- Aesthetic training courses
- Pharmacy sales
- Online education offerings
- Increase profitability and improve commercial margins
- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships and market opportunities
- Expand the geographical reach of residential aesthetic training courses across the UK and potentially internationally
- Lead, mentor and develop the sales team
- Implement KPIs, reporting structures and performance management systems
- Build scalable sales processes and conversion pathways
- Improve customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value
- Develop strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and industry partners
- Work closely with the marketing function to optimise lead generation and conversion
- Utilise social media and digital marketing principles to drive brand awareness and sales growth
- Understand and oversee:
- Paid social advertising
- Funnel development
- CRM systems
- Email marketing
- Content‑led lead generation
- Customer journey optimisation
- Analyse campaign performance and ROI using data‑driven decision making
- Identify new markets and commercial opportunities
- Develop partnerships with key industry stakeholders
- Support launch strategies for new products, services and courses
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Proven experience in a senior commercial, sales or business development leadership role
- Strong sales background with a demonstrable record of expanding business growth and revenue
- Experience managing and developing high‑performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of online marketing principles and digital customer acquisition
- Knowledge of social media marketing and commercial utilisation of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and Linked In
- Commercially analytical with strong financial awareness
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities
- Results‑driven with a strong focus on KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience with in aesthetics, healthcare, medical education, pharmacy or related sectors
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation
- Experience scaling education or training businesses
