This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator based in Cardiff. The Sales Negotiator will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing property valuations and viewings, negotiating sales and tenancy agreements, and maintaining consistent communication with clients to ensure their needs are met. The role involves collaborating with the team to achieve sales and letting goals while delivering outstanding property management services.

Some Saturday working will be essential.

• Strong background in Sales and preferably in Estate Agency practices, including residential sales and lettings
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and negotiation, with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the Cardiff and South Wales property market is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools and software used in real estate is beneficial
• Full driving license essential.
