Position: Territory Manager NDT/ RVI/ ANI-2

Sales Territory Manager

As the Territory Manager – RVI, you will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of the Evident Remote Visual Inspection product portfolio within your assigned UK territory. You will play a key role in delivering sustainable business growth by combining strong commercial drive with deep technical understanding, while acting as a trusted partner to customers across a wide range of industries.

What

will your typical day look like?
  • Drive growth of the Evident RVI portfolio within the assigned territory through execution of effective territory business plans aligned with global strategy.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure, ensuring KPI delivery, accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
  • Maintain strong technical expertise and deliver tailored customer presentations across the RVI product range.
  • Provide after‑sales support including commissioning and customer training.
  • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships across a diverse range of industrial and R&D environments.
  • Work across a variety of customer environments including Manufacturing Quality, R&D and inspection facilities within industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Electronics, Defence, Security and Research.
  • Represent the business at exhibitions, customer seminars and technical workshops.
What do we want to know about you?
  • Educated in a Science or Engineering or familiarised with Remote Visual Inspection technologies and techniques would be advantageous.
  • Previous exposure to NDT activities is desirable.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a clear understanding of the sales process.
  • High technical aptitude with the ability to clearly communicate complex information.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to structure and deliver balanced technical presentations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work occasional unsocial hours.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
