Field Product Demonstrator

We are recruiting for a Field Product Demonstrator on behalf of our client, an industry-leading provider of vehicle adaptation equipment for individuals with mobility needs. Basic salary of £33,000 per annum with uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £50,000

Duties of a Field Product Demonstrator:

Travel across South Wales and Bristol, covering surrounding areas as required
Conduct product demonstrations to end-users at their homes, mobility stores, or car dealerships
Explain features and benefits of vehicle adaptation equipment with confidence and professionalism
Assess individual customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and promptly
Attend exhibitions and shows when required as a Field Product Demonstrator
Maintain a fully equipped demonstrator vehicle and manage work schedule effectively
Support customers by delivering outstanding service, demonstrating empathy, especially with potentially vulnerable customers
Work independently, maintaining high levels of organisation and motivation as a Field Product Demonstrator Requirements of a Field Product Demonstrator:

Reside in Cardiff, Newport, or nearby locations with good access to the M4 motorway
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in a mobile or single-location B2C sales role is highly desirable
Knowledge or understanding of the Motability Scheme is advantageous
Technical aptitude for vehicle adaptations, with an ability for self-learning (comprehensive training provided)
Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathise and identify customer needs
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and IT literacy
Highly organised and self-motivated, able to work independently
