• £25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car
• On target earnings of £40,000 - £45,000 with uncapped earning potential

We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our new Motor store/OMODA/JAECOO in Cardiff.

You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t any kind of sales job – you’ll provide outstanding customer service and enjoy each day.

As a Product Consultant you’ll help customers find the right car, build strong relationships, and ensure a great aftersales experience. You’ll receive training, uniforms, and a five‑day commission structure.

• Help customers find the right car based on needs
• Deliver outstanding 5‑star service for every customer
• Build and maintain lasting relationships throughout the sales process
• Sell appropriate sales packages – finance, servicing – with integrity
• Coordinate order and delivery of vehicles
• Meet monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
• Work as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and commitments
• Stay in touch with customers to offer aftersales support

• Excellent communication, organisation and people skills

• Desire for a lasting, fulfilling career
• Full driving licence held for minimum 1 year
