Clear Executive Search has been exclusively retained to appoint a Regional Technical Sales Manager for a well-established European organisation recognised for its innovative feed additive portfolio, technical excellence and long-standing partnerships across the livestock industry.

This is a high-impact commercial appointment with responsibility for developing business throughout the UK & Ireland
. You'll inherit an established customer base while identifying new opportunities across feed manufacturers, distributors and livestock producers.

The Role

You'll work closely with distributors, feed manufacturers and key livestock customers, combining technical credibility with commercial expertise to deliver sustainable business growth.

Success will come from developing trusted customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and helping customers achieve better production performance through innovative nutritional solutions.

About You

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Technical and commercial experience within animal nutrition, feed additives or animal health.
  • A successful track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Experience managing key accounts, distributors or strategic customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
