We're continuing to grow, with exciting opportunities across our business, including our expanding presence across Cardiff.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team and help deliver the outstanding service that Hern & Crabtree has become known for.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with estate agency experience who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and wants to develop their career within an established independent business.

You’ll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers successfully move home, managing relationships, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.

No two days are the same, and you’ll enjoy the variety that comes from working with clients across a wide range of homes and locations.

• Conducting property viewings
• Managing buyer enquiries
• Negotiating offers
• Progressing agreed sales
• Building strong client relationships
• Supporting valuation opportunities
• Delivering exceptional customer service

• At least one year’s estate agency experience
• Confident, personable and proactive
• Excellent communication skills
• Enjoys working towards targets
• Highly organised and self‑motivated
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Competitive basic salary plus commission
