We are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu Peugeot Northampton. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £27,000, with an on‑target earnings (OTE) of £45,000 and uncapped commission, meaning top performers can earn up to £60,000.

In addition to excellent earning potential, we pride ourselves on offering genuine work‑life balance. You’ll work a 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts), be on duty for most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and enjoy a guaranteed day off during the week. Plus, we’re closed on Sundays, giving you a consistent day every week to relax and recharge.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car‑buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.

We’re looking for a driven individual with a passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service. Previous sales experience is essential, but this can come from any industry—whether you’ve sold utilities, property, worked in recruitment, telesales or a similar sales environment.
