We’re looking for a commercially driven, field-based Business Development Manager to unlock growth across our salon channels in the Wales and South West region.
This is a high-potential territory with untapped opportunities.

As Business Development Manager for the Salon Channel, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial success across Wales and South West region.
Expanding our salon footprint, delivering revenue growth, and elevating brand presence through strategic partnerships, education, and retail excellence.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute professional who thrives on hitting targets and building lasting relationships in the professional beauty space.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commercial & Business Development
: - Lead monthly business reviews with salon accounts, using performance data to drive improvements.
- Drive sell‑in and sell‑out performance across styling tools, products, and services.
- Collaborate with education and marketing teams to activate campaigns and boost retail conversion.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new salon partnerships aligned with brand standards.
- Present compelling commercial proposals and product demonstrations.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing salon accounts, focusing on understanding their business goals, challenges, and growth potential.
- Build trusted relationships with salon owners, stylists, and educators.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, regional events, and salon activations.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or regional management. Experience in the spa, hair, beauty, or wellness sector would be desirable.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field‑based work.
- Confident communicator and relationship builder with a passion for premium beauty and styling.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
