Digital Trading Manager

This is a great job for someone with experience in digital trading, broker relationship management or distribution who loves building relationships and using data and insight to drive growth.

You’ll join our SME Digital Trading team, where we work closely with broker partners to deliver profitable growth and great customer outcomes. Managing a panel of brokers, you’ll use trading insight, performance data and market knowledge to identify opportunities and build targeted growth plans. As the main point of contact for your broker panel, you’ll lead digital SME performance discussions and help brokers make the most of Aviva’s SME digital proposition.

Working closely with colleagues across underwriting, trading and distribution, you’ll support the development and delivery of initiatives that improve performance for brokers, customers and Aviva. You’ll be accountable for delivering profitable growth, maintaining strong broker relationships and supporting fair customer outcomes through effective risk management.

• Experience in SME insurance and digital trading, with a strong understanding of broker distribution and the intermediated insurance market.
• Strong account management or trading experience, ideally working with SME brokers in e‑traded environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills, with the confidence to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities that drive profitable growth and positive customer outcomes.
• Analytical and solutions‑focused, able to use data and market insight to make recommendations and deliver results.

• Starting salary between £50,000 and £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
• Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary, (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.)
