You will be the face of one of the world’s most recognised automotive brands—meeting customers, understanding what they need, building rapport and giving a world‑class customer experience:

• Engage customers face‑to‑face and by phone
• Match customers to the right vehicle for them
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders
• Build relationships that bring customers back
• Work closely with our Service and Workshop teams
• Develop deep product knowledge with full manufacturer support
• Hit targets as part of a genuinely supportive team

• Previous sales experience—motor trade background a bonus, not essential
• A natural communicator and relationship builder
• Driven by targets and results
• Organised, resourceful and a good problem‑solver
• Full UK driving licence

• £20,000 basic, £49,250 OTE—uncapped commission, so your ceiling is your own
