Naked Wines in the UK is seeking a customer-focused sales advocate to engage customers via outbound calls, tailor bespoke orders, and deliver exceptional service. You will manage your time to meet work rate and sales targets, while acting as the eyes and ears of the business to spot trends and communicate improvements.
You will also process orders, improve product knowledge, and advise customers on purchases, while supporting the Customer Happiness Team with inbound contacts as needed.
