About Mobi LoudMobi Loud helps established ecommerce brands turn their existing websites into iOS and Android apps, without rebuilding their product or running a second system.
Our customers use Mobi Loud to drive repeat purchases, recover abandoned carts through push notifications, and reduce their dependence on paid acquisition.
We're a bootstrapped, profitable, remote-first SaaS company founded in 2013. We've published 2,000+ apps and have hundreds of active customers today, including Estée Lauder, John Varvatos, Jack & Jones, and Tadashi Shoji. Our team is 16 people, all remote and hands‑on.
The RoleEmail and SMS still drive revenue for ecommerce brands, but deliverability, SMS compliance, and acquisition costs keep making retention harder. A mobile app gives their best customers another direct channel through push notifications, tied to the website they already operate. That is the sale.
You own the close for ecommerce brands across North America, the UK, and Europe. Discovery, demo, proposal, pricing conversations, contracting, and getting the signature on the order form are all part of the job.
Prior B2B software or SaaS sales experience is required. You should have already sold a software product to business buyers and be able to talk through deals you personally closed.
Most buyers are founders, ecommerce leads, digital directors, and marketing leaders. This is an inbound‑led closing role: meetings come mainly from inbound demand, SDR‑sourced pipeline, older opportunities, and referrals. You turn the right opportunities into signed customers.
The UK is the work location for this hire, not the limit of the sales territory. You need to sound natural with North American and European buyers, understand how DTC ecommerce brands think, and learn the mobile app revenue case quickly.
What You'll Do- Run discovery with inbound and SDR‑sourced prospects
- Lead demos tied to the prospect's site, traffic, retention stack, and commercial goals
- Build the proposal, pricing case, and ROI narrative
- Run pricing and commercial conversations
- Manage the contracting process through signature and handoff
- Follow up on stalled deals and re‑engage older good‑fit opportunities
- Keep the CRM current, with clear next steps, close dates, and deal notes
- You have 3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, with real closing responsibility
- You have prior B2B software or SaaS sales experience. This is required, not preferred, and you can explain deal size, sales cycle, quota, win rate, and what you personally owned
- You have native or near‑native English. Written and spoken English both need to feel natural to US, Canadian, UK, and EU buyers
- You understand North American and European business culture, buying expectations, consumer brands, ecommerce, DTC, and how senior buyers like to communicate
- You can sell to founders, heads of digital, ecommerce leads, and marketing leaders without sounding scripted
- You are comfortable learning ecommerce, retention, paid acquisition pressure, websites, mobile apps, integrations, analytics, and why brands invest in apps
- You are based in the UK and can overlap with UK/EU working hours plus North American afternoons
- Commission tied to closed revenue
- Full‑time independent contractor basis. You invoice monthly and handle your own tax obligations
- The structure is designed to be a strong UK remote AE package with meaningful upside for a good closer
- You sell to established ecommerce brands with real revenue and clear commercial problems
- Direct line to the founder. Deal review, pricing decisions, and feedback happen quickly
- You work on apps for brands like Estée Lauder, John Varvatos, Jack & Jones, and Tadashi Shoji
- Remote contractor role with a strong base, commission upside, and no office requirement
- Set your own hours and take unlimited time off. Give notice when you're out, that's the only rule
- You have not closed B2B deals before
- You have not personally sold B2B software or SaaS before
- Your English is good but still too formal, scripted, or unnatural for North American buyers
- You do not follow ecommerce, DTC brands, North American consumer culture, or how online brands grow
- You need close daily management to stay focused
