Key Account Manager (Health Service Manager) | Southwest, Thames Valley & Wales Territory:
Thames Valley, HIOW, Dorset, Devon, BNSSG, Wales & Somerset
Are you an experienced pharmaceutical account manager with strong formulary experience, NHS knowledge, market access expertise and a track record of influencing key stakeholders across primary and secondary care? Join a growing organisation as a Key Account Manager leading local account planning, formulary access and healthcare partnership projects across a high-potential territory. Branded generic experience is desirable but not essential.
AboutThe Role
Develop and deliver strategic account plans across local NHS health economies. Build relationships with key stakeholders across primary and secondary care, including clinicians, payers and formulary decision-makers. Drive market access, formulary inclusion and uptake of products and services. Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways and healthcare outcomes. Achieve sales and business objectives through effective account management and stakeholder engagement. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Ensure compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice and company policies.
- Proven experience in a Key Account Manager, Health Service Manager, Market Access or Pharmaceutical Sales role.
- Strong understanding of the NHS, local healthcare systems and patient pathways.
- Experience managing formularies and influencing healthcare stakeholders.
- Commercially focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- ABPI qualified.
- Full UK driving licence.
