Sell new vehicles across a range of models, from compact city cars to large SUVs
Promote and assist in the sale of accessories, finance, insurance products, and extended warranties
Keep customers informed of vehicle delivery schedules and address any delays
Resolve customer queries and collect payments prior to vehicle handover as a Car Sales Executive
Explain vehicle warranties, service arrangements, and showcase vehicle features
Introduce customers to the Service Department and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction
Demonstrate a proactive approach to increasing sales opportunities and exceeding targets
Maintain compliance with company policies and promote brand standards

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Proven success in vehicle sales or strong sales experience from related sectors
Exceptional customer relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a genuine passion for working within the motor trade
Ability to work independently and seek out sales opportunities proactively
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including one in four Monday late shifts and occasional Sunday work during busy periods (March and September)
