Enterprise Account Executive - AI PropTech​/Smart Buildings

UK (Predominantly remote)

I'm working with a high-growth, VC-backed AI Prop Tech business looking to hire an Enterprise Account Executive as they continue to expand their UK presence.

The company has achieved 200%+ ARR growth and is investing heavily in AI, building a platform that brings together building systems and real-time data to automate operations, optimise energy usage and reduce costs across large commercial real estate portfolios.

You'll be responsible for driving new enterprise business across the UK
, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close.

You'll be selling into REITs, property developers, portfolio owners and large corporate real estate teams
, working with senior stakeholders on complex, consultative sales cycles.

• Experience with in Prop Tech, Smart Buildings, Building Operations, CRE technology or a closely related space
• Track record of winning complex enterprise deals
• Experience selling into large property owners, operators or developers
• Comfortable engaging and influencing C-suite and senior decision-makers
• Strong new-business mentality and ability to build a market
