The Sales Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cardiff. The Sales Advisor will assist customers in selecting the right car parts, accessories, and paints, providing product information and recommendations tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include serving customers at the counter and over the phone, processing orders, handling payments, and ensuring accurate stock checks and product displays. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized sales area, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and customer service targets.
The Sales Advisor will contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company’s customer-first values.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and provide a high-quality experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain product features, handle enquiries, and support team collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and help achieve sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to learn product ranges quickly and support the development of new team members.
- Basic knowledge of car parts or a willingness to learn automotive products.
- Ability to work on-site in Cardiff in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills, and comfort using point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in retail, automotive, or trade counter sales is an advantage but not essential.
