Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable main dealership in Cardiff, for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their busy team. This is a compelling opportunity for a skilled professional with a strong background in dealership new and used car sales, ideally focusing on VAG brands.

Benefits Of The Car Sales Executive:

Basic salary of £25,000 per annum
Uncapped on-target earnings exceeding £60,000 annually based on sales performance

Work hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a scheduled day off mid-week and alternate weekends off
Saturday hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday hours: 11:00am to 4:30pmDuties Of The Car Sales Executive

Sell new and used cars, accessories, finance products, and warranties to meet or exceed sales targets
Keep customers informed of progress and inform them of any delays
Address customer queries promptly and effectively
Collect payments and ensure smooth handover of vehicles
Explain warranty and service arrangements, introducing customers to the Service Department
Demonstrate vehicle features and provide comprehensive customer support
Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships
Maintain knowledge of current dealer promotions and manufacturer products
Work proactively to seek and convert sales opportunities

Requirements Of The Car Sales Executive:

Proven recent or current main dealership experience in new and used car sales
Strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
Energy and enthusiasm for sales and customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Brand-focus, particularly with VAG brands preferred
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
