We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Van Sales Executive to join our client's reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership in Cardiff.
The Van Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets for new and used vans.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Van Sales Executive with a passion to further their career within a well-established dealership group.
- Uncapped, realistic OTE of £42,500 per annum
- Basic salary of £20,000 per annum
- Personal company vehicle - 22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off

- Strong career progression prospects within the largest car dealer group in South Wales
- Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am-4:00pm - Additional company benefits (discussed upon application) Duties:
- Actively promote and sell new and used vans, along with finance, insurance, and other related products
- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding delivery progress and potential delays
- Address and resolve any customer queries efficiently and professionally as the Van Sales Executive
- Collect payments and ensure smooth transaction completion
- Explain warranties, service plans, and introduce customers to the Aftersales Department
- Demonstrate features and benefits of vans to potential buyers
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
- Support the achievement of team sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in van or commercial vehicle sales preferred; applications from experienced car sales executives will also be considered
- Live within a reasonable commute of Cardiff
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and committed to sales excellence
- Able to quickly learn product specifications and sales techniques
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points This is a rewarding role for a dedicated Van Sales Executive looking to grow within the motor trade industry.
