Key Responsibilities- Answering phones and provide product quotations to customers.
- Following up and chase customers for the quotes and orders.
- Updating the system with order information and quotes.
- Serving customers on the trade counter.
- Warehouse duties including picking and packing and stock control.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 07:30AM - 16:30PM or 08:00M - 17:00PM with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
Requirements- Previous merchant/industry experience would be advantageous.
- Positive attitude and confident speaking to people.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Warehousing experience.
- Confident working with computer.
- A Full Driving License is desirable but not essential.
