Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Full time, permanent
Earning Potential – Salary:
£27,500 per annum basic
Guarantee available for the first three months – between £300 and £500 per month
Bonus and commission structure on top
Realistic OTE: £60,000 (uncapped)
Overview
We're looking for a Van Sales Executive to join a well-established commercial vehicle specialist in Cardiff. This is a proper sales role – selling new and used vans, building your customer base, and growing business across the region. Our client is a multi-accredited employer with manufacturer training, genuine progression, and high staff retention. If you've got van sales or retail LCV experience, this is the one.
Key Responsibilities
Selling new and used vans to retail and business customers
Building and maintaining your own customer base
Prospecting for new business and following up on leads
Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover
Working to monthly targets and maximising every sales opportunity
Handling enquiries over the phone, online, and face to face
Completing sales documentation and finance paperwork accurately
What You'll Need
Retail van sales background (ideal) – LCV sales experience preferred
Car sales experience considered – though the transfer can be challenging
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a proven sales record
Full UK driving licence

What's On Offer
£27,500 basic + guaranteed earnings for the first three months
Uncapped bonus and commission – realistic OTE £60,000
