Sword Security is seeking an SIA-licenced Event Security Supervisor to join our team in South Wales. The role requires leadership of on-site security teams at events, coordinating with organisers and venue management, and delivering excellent customer service.
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' UK security experience, at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and hold Level 3 Spectator Safety. A valid Door Supervisor licence and strong communication skills are essential.
