An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Enforcement Agent within the Recovery department.
About the jobThe successful candidate will fill the role of Enforcement Agent enforcing liability orders and warrants issued for non-payment of parking fines, Council tax and Business Rates in accordance with the Courts and Tribunal Act 2007 and Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013.
What We Are Looking For From YouYou will be an experienced Enforcement Agent who currently holds a level two qualification in Taking Control of Goods and a valid Enforcement Agent Certificate.
You will be a highly motivated individual with the drive and ambition to succeed in a challenging role. You will be able to demonstrate confident and assertive communication skills and be able to remain composed in difficult situations.
You will be educated to GCSE standard and have good IT skills.
