** We’re looking for a
** Project Administrator
** to support a busy security projects team in the
** Dietzenbach / Frankfurt region**. The role involves coordinating installations, managing project documentation, handling schedules, and supporting financial processes to ensure smooth project delivery.
** You must be:**
* ** Fluent in English**
* ** Within a commutable distance
** of the Dietzenbach area (office-based role)###

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Coordinate with LSPs and assist Project Managers with installation schedules
* Manage change orders, project documentation and CRM updates
* Support project planning, reporting and close-out processes
* Liaise with Finance for invoicing and track procurement and deliveries
* Assist with proposals, cost estimations and general administrative tasks###
*
* What We're Looking For:

*** Experience in customer-facing or commercial environments
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* High proficiency in
** MS Office**, especially
** Excel
