Floor Layer – £38,610
We’re looking for an experienced floor layer to join our commercial maintenance team. With a £34,320 base salary (equivalent to £16.50/hour), plus door-to-door travel pay, you’ll realistically take home around £38k per year before overtime or call-outs.

As a floor layer, you’ll handle a variety of commercial flooring work including vinyl, carpet, safety flooring, and tiles. You’ll carry out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and refurbishment projects across multiple client sites, ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard.

• Proven experience as a floor layer in commercial settings
• Strong all-round knowledge of flooring types, materials, and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check
