We are now seeking a hands-on Adaptation Installation Team Leader to support and guide a small team of installation engineers at our Cardiff site.

This is an ideal role for an experienced installer ready to step into leadership or a proven team leader seeking a rewarding, purpose-driven environment.

As the Team Leader, you'll combine your technical expertise with day-to-day coordination and support. You will lead by example as the workshop's lead installer, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency across both workshop and mobile operations.
