What you will do
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to determine their needs and formulate appropriate support plans.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of agencies and professionals to deliver integrated and effective services to service users.
  • Provide expert advice and maintain accurate and timely case records to ensure consistent service provision.
  • Engage and build relationships with service users, encouraging their active involvement in decision-making processes.
  • Attend regular meetings and contribute to the development of service improvement initiatives.
Requirements of the Social Worker
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
  • Current registration with Social Work England is essential.
  • Proven significant frontline experience in Social Services as a Qualified Social Worker.
